James "Jim" Benn, Executive Director
Jim has overall responsibility for managing WFS and focuses mostly on business development and acquiring State contracts to serve families with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children. Jim’s family had a child, born in 1994, diagnosed with ASD. Finding early education and schools unable to provide services, Jim’s family joined a parents group who also had Special Needs children to learn how to develop and run in-home training programs. In 2008, The Mass Dept. of Developmental Services opened a new program to reimburse families for expenses related to training and caring for their (ASD) children. Wraparound Family Services, Inc. was formed to apply for this funding. The type of service we now provide to all clients is based on our experience and knowledge from our parents group, where the family selects a worker who has some tie(s) to the family. In 2012, we expanded our program to also serve adult children living at home. Jim is part of an informal group of Social Services Executive Directors, and serves on the Human Rights Committee of the Guild for Human Services.

Tiffany began her role as a Family Navigator with Wraparound Family Services, Inc. in April of 2021 with the zest of bringing her knowledge to WFS and to her clients. Coupled with an education in both the Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree realms, and over 10 years of experience in education, home services, and community based programs, she comes with a wealth of knowledge in ABA, education, and behavior management. Tiffany started her career in the field of Autism services in 2011 as a private 1-1, home-school teacher for a teenager on the autism spectrum for whom she provided optimal educational services with specialized behavioral supports with a student-centered approach for ongoing success. In 2014, she transitioned to a public school where worked as a 1-1 therapist for students with both Autism and developmental diagnosis, gaining insight from special education teachers, BCBA's, SLP's, OT's, and PT's which instilled fundamental knowledge and success in her flourishing ABA repertoire. After several years of working in a public educational setting, Tiffany transitioned to a private school where she earned the role of an Autism specialist educator which allowed her to craft, apply, and implement all that she had learned while continuing to grow and season her skill set. She became fluent with creating IEP goals and academic programming, training, managing, and evaluating ABA therapists as well as implementing educational and behavioral supports for the ongoing growth and success of her students and staff. When Tiffany is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading informational books, and baking.

Wen Li, Family Navigator
Wen joined WFS in August of 2016 as a Family Navigator. She feels grateful to have walked with many families who she served and grew together with for many years. Wen is a parent of a son with Autism who enrolled in DESE program with WFS before she started working there. When her son received his diagnosis in 2003, she decided not to go back to her previous job in software development and started a journey with him through early interventions, health related and alternative treatments, school system collaborations and the transition to his coming adulthood. She has the heart and vision to not only take care of her own son but also make family connections between families and children of different cultural backgrounds while making a difference for them through faith, coordination with the public service system, and expanding community participation opportunities. The position of Family Navigator has allowed her to use her experience and resources to help more families with similar needs. Wen completed her Master's Degree in Computer Science in the U.S. and her Bachelor's Degree in Economics in China. She was an editor in a national journal in China before she came to U.S., and worked in technology companies for a couple of years after she finished her Master's. She enjoys working with families and sharing stories and feelings with them. Besides her job, she loves reading, spending time with friends and family, and going to church. Because her son is an outdoor lover, her family spends time together on biking, hiking, and participating various of adaptive sports every weekend.
